An extremely restful, peaceful and enjoyable holiday. The accommodation was beautiful, everything was provided. In a lovely location, bring a fishing rod if you're a fisherman, the lakes are fantastic and the fish bite like demons! Have only one complaint being that there was no WIFI as advertised. Try the local 'French's' restaurant in Chulmleigh, and the Portsmouth Arms pub very good food and lovely hosts. We have a 9 and 14 year old and they both had a wonderful time, great to know that the grounds were safe and secure and they could play in a safe manner. Would definitely go again.

Lime Tree Cottage was an absolute dream. It is very remote and does take a while to get anywhere but it is well worth it. The pool and other facilites are great. The standard of the cottage was fantastic.

Great for families or couples and clean, tranquil and yet with all the mod-cons. A beautiful landscape within easy reach to the best tourist spots.
